4. Credit & Financial Verification
To ensure responsible tenants, we obtain a detailed credit report through Verified Equifax. This allows us to review credit scores, payment history, and outstanding financial obligations. Any potential concerns, such as late payments or bankruptcies, are carefully evaluated before moving forward.
5. Tenant Screening
Every applicant goes through a comprehensive screening process. This includes employment and income verification, rental history checks, landlord references, social media review, and additional background checks. We also meet with prospective tenants to ensure they are a strong fit for the property and demonstrate reliability.
6. Lease Finalization & Payment Collection
Once a qualified tenant is selected, we prepare and finalize a legally compliant lease agreement that protects both the landlord and tenant. All required terms and conditions are included according to local regulations. Before move-in, we collect the first and last month’s rent to ensure everything is properly secured.
